1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand fulfilment partner. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5 to 7 business days from the date of purchase. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or due to high order volumes.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5 to 8 business days
- Remote areas: 7 to 12 business days

These are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier partner and delivery location.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via email. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to track the status of your delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or if you believe your shipment is lost, please contact us through the contact form on our website. We will coordinate with our fulfilment and courier partners to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts due to unavailability, or events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. We are not liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

This Shipping Policy is governed by the applicable laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
