Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applicable Indian consumer laws.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests for eligible products within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer
- Sale or discounted items (unless received in a defective or damaged condition)

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 (seven) days of the date of purchase. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted. You can reach us through the contact form on our website or via the contact details listed on our store.

Please provide the following details when initiating a return:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photographs of the item (in case of damage or defect)

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, subject to the policies of your bank or payment provider.

Please note:
- Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us, we will bear the return shipping cost. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us within 7 (seven) days of purchase. Exchange requests are processed after the original item is received and inspected.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photographs as proof. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations can be requested before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
